We've been having a variety of issues lately with our 2007 Audi Q7 with 205K miles on it, and the Audi dealership in Birmingham seemed incapable and/or uninterested of fully diagnosing the problem. When we got home, we brought it to Uptown Auto for the first time after reading really positive reviews from other customers, and we were not disappointed. They were super thorough, and I trusted Paul's explanation of what they were finding and needed to fix. While I hope not to see them again anytime soon, they will be my first call next time something gets weird.

very efficient: took it in for oil change and they did the computer diagnosis of things that needed to be taken care of, received the relevant estimates, prioritized what I wanted done, made another appointment for while I was going to be out of town, took uber and taxi to and from airport, home again with my car - love it!

I don't know about you, but I'm tired of people trying to rip you off and/or make repairs which aren't "really" needed. They helped me with repairs and advised me on what car to purchase. Uptown Auto is just an all-around great business. Knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. You can tell that the owner, Paul, has his heart and head in the everyday operations.
