If you made the mistake of buying a MINI Cooper in New Orleans, then you more or less have one option to get it fixed right, and that is at Uptown Auto Specialist. It isn't cheap - but if you wanted cheap, you wouldn't have bought yourself a MINI Cooper to begin with. They're way more reasonable than a MINI dealer, which is a moot point because Louisiana does not HAVE an official MINI dealer. There are other places you can go, but "you get what you pay for," and in the case of BMW and Mini Coopers especially... the Uptown Auto Specialist work LASTS, and it's well worth the money. What you save going to somebody else ends up costing you in the long run. UAS know these cars, and know what the city can do to them. I'm never overjoyed when I have to go there... But I'm relieved when I leave there. They stand behind their work. (Also they have a dog named Raylan who is an absolute sweetheart.)
