Brought our '08 528i in for its 100K tune-up. All work done professionally and for within the price range quoted. As a courtesy, the mechanics here always show us the old parts that were replaced. Honest shop that doesn't need to, but a nice gesture. Always helpful on the phone and work with us to get our car in on days they are very busy because they know our schedule is so constrained.

Excellent service carefully tailored to my schedule and needs for my car. Even more important was the careful diagnosis to ensure that the problem really was the suspected failing part, since the repair would be fairly expensive. Real piece of mind knowing that the repair was, indeed, the correct action.
