October, 2020: When other German car/ BMW specialists did not want to spend the time diagnosing and fixing complicated electrical issues on my '88 635 that rendered it undriveable, Paul and his crew dove in, found the problems, and fixed them, and renewed items that needed updating after 32 yrs. We've been having a variety of issues lately with our 2007 Audi Q7 with 205K miles on it, and the Audi dealership in Birmingham seemed incapable and/or uninterested of fully diagnosing the problem. When we got home, we brought it to Uptown Auto for the first time after reading really positive reviews from other customers, and we were not disappointed. They were super thorough, and I trusted Paul's explanation of what they were finding and needed to fix. While I hope not to see them again anytime soon, they will be my first call next time something gets weird.
