They gave me an appointment soon after I asked; they completely solved the problem that my 12-year-old Jaguar was having (I was afraid the time had come to donate it to a good cause, even though it is one of the great loves of my life). I am completely satisfied and would recommend them to anyone who asks - would even bore them silly with mountains of praise.
