Always professional, reliable service for our BMW and Mercedes. Can be flexible with hours, work scheduling for special cases, and regular customers. Patient with quirky jobs, like having an overly-hand-creamed engagement ring slip off and jam the steering mechanism. Mechanics have a sense of humor. Our go-to spot for high-value work. Getting in and out of their parking lot onto the River Road is an act of natural selection or prayer (whatever has worked for you). Patient with work delivery updates. They rely on parts delivery from dealers, etc., so they get delayed more than s dealer would, but their low overhead keeps the price down. Din't expect concierge or day spa service to be included, this place is tightly focussed on auto repair.
